Kenneth Wang
Kenneth Wang is a partner in Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young’s New York office. As co-chair of the law firm’s tax practice, he uses his many years of experience in both private practice and in-house tax departments for Fortune 200 companies to counsel clients on all aspects of U.S. tax law. In addition to advising clients on sophisticated transactions, Kenneth has devoted significant time to pro bono representation. He has leveraged his tax experience to assist organizations with formation and obtaining tax-exempt status, including Central Westchester Teacher Institute, a not-for-profit offering teachers year-round professional development opportunities, and MUMS Dogs, a not-for-profit that reunites military dogs with their handlers. Kenneth serves as a member of Stradley Ronon’s board of directors and on the firm’s diversity committee. He is also a guest lecturer at Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. Kenneth received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was a Clinton Family Fund and Douglas G. Baird Fund scholarship recipient and a board member of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. He earned his B.A. from Rutgers University.
